ESP32-C6 GPIO12
Everything you need to use this pin correctly: status, alternate functions, boot-time cautions and working code.
| Status | Usable |
|---|---|
| Alternate functions | USB D− (USB Serial/JTAG) |
| Chip | ESP32-C6 pinout |
Watch out:
- Native USB pin. Using it as ordinary IO disables USB download and debugging.
Practical notes
USB D− (USB Serial/JTAG). The C6 puts native USB on 12/13 so you can flash over USB directly. Claiming it as GPIO makes the driver disable USB-JTAG and you lose the debug port.
Sample code
// Arduino
const int PIN = 12;
void setup() {
pinMode(PIN, OUTPUT);
}
void loop() {
digitalWrite(PIN, HIGH);
delay(500);
digitalWrite(PIN, LOW);
delay(500);
}
